One on One Instruction


One on One is by far the best way to get focused attention on where you are now, and where you are wanting to go. Quality time spent to simply assess, devise a plan, then get to work on what you want to accomplish.

WORKSHOPS 

*1 x a week for 4 consecutive weeks*

Included is video analysis at the beginning and the end of the 4 weeks. Class size is limited to 10 students to ensure personalized instruction.

Each person in the class will recieve individualized "homework" each week to be taken into your weekly swim workouts to complete. Each week we progress and continue to dial down stroke efficiency.

About SURGE SWIM METHOD

SURGE SWIM METHOD is really about understanding HOW to move forward with efficiency. It is understanding power application, where to apply power and where NOT to apply power as both are equally important. Swimming is NOT a grind fest.

The water can be exhausting when you are fighting it. 

Exhaustion sets in much earlier when you are inefficient.

 

When you no longer fight the water, and learn how to move in it with efficiency, your entire experience will change.

 

If you are racing TRIATHLON, the swim literally sets up the rest of your race. You have a choice, you can struggle through the swim losing precious energy stores OR you can actually come out of the water refreshed and ready to take on the next 2 legs of your race!

 

Triathletes tend to look at the swim portion as proportionally much less in consideration for training time, but truth be known, if you spend QUALITY time in the water, and learn efficiency, you will be astounded as to the positive effects true swim conditioning/efficiency will have on your bike AND your RUN!
