Where are you now

Everyone has a starting point, it is helpful if you can identify where you are now, and then we will devise a plan to get you where you want to be

1, 2, 3, or 4

Choose the level of swimming you are now: 

 

1. fear of water but want to get past your fear, have zero comfort in or near the water yet would like to learn how to enjoy it

 

2. no fear of water, but maybe never had a proper instruction and you might even be looking at swimming as a fitness option

 

3. have set a goal, first triathlon or long distance swim, need technique work, training, and race strategy

 

4. already a swimmer and need to up your game on technique and training to move up an age group spot or better your times

 

Crossfit® athletes are welcome. I will set up clinics for your box upon request (Nationwide and International)

 I have found over the years that fear of water can truly rob you of amazing life experiences.  More then half of our planet is water, so the probability that you will be in and around water is evident.

 

LIFE IS AN ADVENTURE.

 

To participate fully in water sports and activities you HAVE TO KNOW ENOUGH to save yourself. You may not want to learn how to swim miles or enter events, but you SHOULD know how to save your own life, be calm, and make good decisions if you are ever found in a situation that is life threatening.

 

I do love teaching efficiencies and setting athletic goals, but I truly enjoy watching my swim students not only learn about swimming but about how to TRULY be a safe, savvy, smart swimmer that can enjoy our beautiful waters here in California and worldwide. Utimately this sets you free with confidence and an opportunity to LIVE ADVENTUROUSLY.
